UCP supports the Zambian Ministry of Health to deliver services as close to the population as possible in the following health areas:

Sensitization on HIV prevention,

HIV Testing and Counselling

STI and TB screening,

Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision sensitization

Referral for cervical cancer screening, Sexual Reproductive Health/Family planning, PMTCT.

Sensitization on the correct and consistent use of condoms/lubricants and distribution.

Core Competencies
UCL leads in HIV case finding and linkage to care and ART. However its expertise is extended to sexual reproductive health activities and gender. It maintains strategic relationships with the Government of Zambia, participating in national technical working groups such as ART, HTS, Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision, Reproductive Health/ family planning, key population and HIV prevention theme groups.
